Martha Dear is looking to add a full-time AM Kitchen Manager to our team. We are a neighborhood restaurant that specializes in naturally leavened pizza.
Our menu centers around our Greek roots, sourdough offerings, and love of vegetables. We use lots of Greek olive oil, work with local farms, and change the menu frequently. Just about everything on our menu is made in-house. The AM Kitchen Manager will work side-by-side with the chef-owner. If this sounds like the type of environment you would thrive in, please apply.

At least two years of kitchen management experience is required. All lead and/or supervisory experience will be considered.

- 2+ years of kitchen management experience
- Strong knife skills and ability to multitask under pressure

- A team-oriented mindset with a passion for great food + cooking
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Serve-safe certification
What You'll Do:
- Lead and support the AM kitchen crew during prep
- Oversee daily operations and workflow
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Maintain high standards for food quality, timing and presentation
- Keep a clean, organized and efficient work space
- Make family meal for staff
- Mentor and train staff as needed
